An Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Specialist is needed for ICRC's Delegation in Amman - Jordan. The ICT Specialist sets up and monitors small computer and communication infrastructures under the supervision of a qualified superior in the division/region, carry on installations and troubleshooting activities, in addition to providing workplace services and first level user support.
The qualified candidate should have a Technical or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any other related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in troubleshooting in an area of the ICT service catalogue (workplace services, telecommunications, IT help desk, etc.)”.
