Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR admin
Support recruitment processes and employee relations
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience
Strong communication and HRIS proficiency
