<p>Commis 1 (Bakery) - Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba</p>
<p>Under the general guidance and supervision of the Baker Chef, assists in directing and controlling the whole bread production in a manner that ensures the highest level of bread quality, sanitation in bread service, and departmental profitability.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Comply with the company's corporate code of conduct.</li>
<li>Familiarize yourself with the company values and model desired behaviours.</li>
<li>Be willing to learn and display eagerness and enthusiasm for the work.</li>
<li>Help in preparing hot bread, under the guidance of the Baker Chef.</li>
<li>Help with kitchen sanitation and strive to reach the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Attend all scheduled training and on-the-job training sessions.</li>
<li>Ensure the highest level of personal hygiene; uniform is worn correctly and cleanly.</li>
<li>Assist in checking all equipment and utensils and report to the Baker Chef immediately if there is any fault.</li>
<li>Conduct yourself at all times in a professional and forthright manner.</li>
<li>Perform duties common to all non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.</li>
<li>Promote good employee relations.</li>
<li>Maintain a climate of trust and team spirit throughout the operation.</li>
<li>Provide excellent self-discipline, gain respect from all, and inspire good teamwork.</li>
<li>Lead by example.</li>
<li>Attain and follow up on any guest complaints.</li>
<li>Listen to guest suggestions and bring them to the Executive Chef's attention.</li>
<li>Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.</li>
