The Administration Assistant is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support the Finance Department’s operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxin,g and copying to management.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Run department tasks to the post office and the office supply store.
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Maintain office supplies for the department.
- Prepare bank transfers.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field is the minimum degree.
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 0-2 years of experience within administrative roles.
- Excellent Written Communication Skills.
- Deadline-Oriented. Computerized document/data management systems.
- High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
