Job Purpose:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing logistical and non-clinical coordination tasks essential to the surgical referral process. They ensure efficient documentation, scheduling, and patient transportation between camps and hospitals, playing a critical support role in overall project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Referral Tracker Sheet with accurate and timely entries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with partner hospitals.
- Coordinate and oversee patient transportation logistics to and from referral sites.
- File and archive all non-medical documentation related to patient cases and project logistics.
- Maintain clear records of administrative correspondence with partners and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Fluency in Arabic; basic working proficiency in English.
