We are seeking an experienced IT Network and Security Senior Officer to join our dynamic team in the call center and customer care outsourcing industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our network and information systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, risk management, and IT infrastructure, along with the ability to develop and implement security protocols that safeguard our digital assets.

As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for analyzing our current network systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and proposing solutions to enhance our security posture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for network management and security, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Your expertise will guide the design and implementation of robust security measures, protecting both our internal systems and customer data.

In this role, you will also oversee the monitoring of network traffic for unusual activity, conduct regular security audits, and prepare comprehensive reports for management. Your ability to stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends will be crucial in adapting our security strategies to counteract emerging risks. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to the development of training programs for staff to promote awareness of security practices throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the network infrastructure.

1. Proven experience in network security, with a strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
2. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and devise effective solutions.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
4. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in critical situations.
6. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security are highly desirable.
7. Proven track record of developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
8. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
