Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing paper mail
- Logging and distributing correspondence
- Managing and storing contractor samples
- Organizing CVs for HR
- Reviewing outgoing letters to ensure compliance with QA/QC communication standards
General Manager’s Secretary
Role Summary:
- This position provides comprehensive executive support to General Manager. Main responsibilities include:
- Managing schedules, meetings, and office communications
- Coordinating travel arrangements and hotel bookings
- Handling visitor management and office logistics
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
