Customer Service & Call Center Position

Noorart, a leading American publishing company specializing in educational materials, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service & Call Center Representative to join our team in Amman. If you are passionate about helping others and creating positive customer experiences, we would be pleased to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on orders, tracking updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records in our systems (HubSpot and Shopify; training will be provided).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer use and online systems.
