Noorart, a leading American publishing company specializing in educational materials, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service & Call Center Representative to join our team in Amman. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on orders, tracking updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records in our systems (HubSpot and Shopify; training will be provided).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
- Proficiency in computer use and online systems.
