A leading company in Jordan (Amman) seeking to recruit

HRIS consultant

HRIS System Management & Maintenance:

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for the core HRIS platform (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, etc.) and all integrated modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment, Benefits, Employee/Manager Self-Service).
• Manage user roles, security access, permissions, and internal controls within the system.
• Oversee system health checks, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with IT governance standards.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patch testing, and configuration releases with IT and vendor support.

System Change Management & Configuration:

• Lead the entire change request lifecycle for the HRIS portal and related functional modules.
• Analyze and translate complex HR and business requirements (e.g., new leave policy, performance review workflow, salary structure change) into technical design specifications and configuration changes.

Education Qualifications (Knowledge):

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• Certification in a major HRIS platform (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday) is mandatory.
• ITIL certification or relevant system administration certifications are desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of dedicated experience as an HRIS Analyst, HR Systems Specialist, or Consultant.
• Mandatory: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in system configuration and executing change requests within a live HRIS environment
• Proven experience within the construction or project-based industry in Saudi Arabia is essential, with familiarity in managing project-specific HR data (e.g., site deployment, rotational schedules).
• Strong functional understanding of core HR modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time).
• Ensure HRIS configurations and data structures facilitate compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and GOSI requirements.
