Job Description:
Sama Food Industries is looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the water and juice manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Supervise and guide production staff to meet production targets.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when needed.
Ensure all production processes follow company SOPs and food safety regulations.
Prepare and submit production reports to management.
Skills
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in beverage manufacturing (water/juice).
Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial or related field
Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.
