We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure sound financial management, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, solid financial expertise, and a proactive approach to managing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability

• Develop and manage budgets, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and internal financial controls

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions and business growth

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounting team

• Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage)

• Minimum [X] years of experience in a similar finance management role

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls

• Experience in cash flow management and banking relations

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
