Greets and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner to ensure a good customer service and customer satisfaction.
Assists guests with table reservation to ensure the standard Operating Procedure
Assists guests while seating to ensure the standard Operating Procedure
Ensures guests are serviced within specified time
Has good knowledge of menu and presentation standards to ensure the standard Operating Procedure
Speaks with guests and staff using clear and professional language to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure

Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Checks with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Maintains cleanliness of work areas to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Presents accurate final bill to guest and process payment to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas
Works with the team and manager to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Completes closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
Any other job-related duties assigned by the manager.
