Skills

Ideal Partner Profile (Requirements):

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner. SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a strong plus.

• Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for business development. Sales experience is highly valued.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, performance management, and HR best practices.

• Connections: An existing network within the local or regional business community is a major advantage.
