We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jordan. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and expanding our client base within the public sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our services.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  10. Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the public sector.
  2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  4. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.
  9. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
