Job Title: Assistant Manager – Architectural Design Department (Architectural Engineer)

Location: [City, Jordan]

Reports to: Design Department Manager

Job Purpose:

Assist the Design Department Manager in leading and coordinating the architectural design team, ensuring projects are executed according to technical standards, municipal regulations, and company quality policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising architectural design projects.
2. Ensure compliance with building regulations, municipal codes, and Jordan Engineers Association standards.
3. Coordinate and follow up with other engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, interior design) to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Review architectural drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Mentor and support junior architects and designers in the team.
6. Maintain design quality and ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed regarding project progress and design updates.
8. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and design documentation for management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 6–7 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong knowledge of building laws, municipal regulations, and Jordan Engineers Association codes.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
