What You’ll Learn & Do: 

• Participate in SAP implementation projects by supporting functional activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
  

  
  

• Attend project kickoff meetings to assist in collecting, understanding, and documenting client business requirements.
  

  
  

• Support the project team in preparing project documentation, including requirements, configurations, and deliverables, in coordination with the Project Manager and team members.
  

  
  

• Assist in executing SAP solutions for clients while ensuring timelines and project milestones are followed.
  

  
  

• Support testing activities to help ensure error-free implementation for assigned tasks.
  

  
  

• Assist in preparing and delivering end-user training sessions, demos, and system walkthroughs.
  

  
  

• Support clients during Go-Live and post-Go-Live phases under supervision.
  

  
  

• Help respond to client inquiries and support maintaining positive client relationships.
  

  
  

• Attend internal and client meetings to follow up on project progress and objectives.
  

  
  

• Assist in handling client tickets and support issue resolution during or after implementation.
  

  
  

• Commit to continuous learning of SAP products, modules, and best practices.
  

  
  

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
  

  
  

• Perform other related tasks as required to support the team and business needs.
  

  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• University students or recent graduates in Accounting, MIS, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  

  
  

• Strong interest in ERP systems and SAP functional implementation
  

  
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
  

  
  

• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
  

  
  

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  

  
  

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or SAP is a plus
  

  
  

• Must have access to a personal laptop throughout the internship
