This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele sales Executive located in Jordan. The Tele sales Executive will generate leads, promote SMSA logistics services over the phone, and convert inquiries into sales. Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining accurate customer records, following up on quotations, achieving assigned sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Nationality/Gender: Jordanian, Female
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics telesales or call center sales, Jordan Market.
- Salary: Starting 700 JOD
- Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management
