Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner Provide accurate information about our cars, services, and website Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when needed Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred) Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus Strong communication skills in Arabic and English Good computer skills and ability to use CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
