Job Details

Participate in the implementation of SAP solutions, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, demos, and instructions on SAP products to clients
Requirements
  • Participate in kickoff meetings to collect, understand and evaluate client’s business requirements to the suitable SAP solution
  • Assist in preparing and documenting projects to provide detailed, specific information on projects and all deliverables in coordination with the project manager and other project members.
  • Serve as a project team member to execute SAP solutions for clients and ensure the process timeline is followed correctly and successfully.
  • Ensure error-free implementation for the assigned projects
  • Perform “End-user training” on SAP solutions
  • Support client during Go Live and Installation process
  • develop excellent client relationships and respond directly to any client’s inquiries
  • Attend meetings with project counterparts to ensure the project goals are met successfully
  • Handle client’s tickets and ensure solving issues or inquiries that arise any time during or after the implementation of the project to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure continuous learning concerning the current or new SAP products.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards
  • Any task required by the company
0-3 years of experience in Functional ERP implementation (the experience can be defined according to the ERP module such as Accounting, Logistics or Manufacturing)
