Job Summary
The Tender Coordinator is
responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end tendering process for
medical products and services. This role ensures timely, accurate, and
compliant submission of tenders to hospitals, clinics, government bodies, and
healthcare organizations, while aligning with regulatory and quality standards
specific to the medical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, review, and evaluate tender opportunities in the healthcare and medical sector
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit complete tender documents within deadlines
- Liaise with sales, regulatory, quality, finance, and logistics teams to gather required information
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations, standards, and tender requirements (e.g., product registrations, certifications, clinical documentation)
- Maintain and update tender documentation, pricing structures, and product catalogs
- Coordinate bid clarifications, technical queries, and follow-ups with tendering authorities
- Track tender status, outcomes, and performance metrics
- Manage tender databases, contracts, and renewal schedules
- Support negotiations and contract finalization when required
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all tender-related information

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field With Excellent grade
- 0 year - 1 year experience in tender coordination or bid management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of medical procurement processes and public/private healthcare tenders
- Familiarity with medical regulatory requirements and documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management systems
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with government or hospital tenders
- Knowledge of medical devices and healthcare services
- Understanding of ISO, CE, FDA, or local health authority requirements
