We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Agent for the French market to join our partner agency’s team in Amman.

In collaboration with Evaneos, you will receive and manage traveler requests through the platform, guiding them from the very first message until the completion of their trip.

You will design tailor-made itineraries that reflect the spirit of Jordan, while ensuring smooth communication, operational accuracy, and excellent service quality throughout the journey.

This role requires empathy, organization, sales mindset, and a genuine curiosity for Jordanian culture and travel experiences.


???? Your main missions

???? Advising travelers & tailoring trips

  • Connect with travelers through the Evaneos platform and create a warm, trustful first contact.
  • Take time to really understand their expectations, interests, and specific needs.
  • Share insights about Jordan’s destinations, culture, and traditions to help them make informed choices.
  • Shape their ideas into well-crafted, inspiring itineraries adapted to their travel style.

???? Managing the practical aspects of the trip

  • Prepare and validate quotes with accuracy so travelers know exactly what to expect.
  • Coordinate all services — hotels, guides, drivers, and local partners — ensuring the trip is coherent and feasible.
  • Align each operational detail with the traveler’s preferences for a smooth and reliable experience.

???? Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey

  • Remain available as the main point of contact before and during the trip.
  • Monitor the quality of services and step in quickly if something needs adjustment.
  • Handle complaints, changes, or unexpected issues with calm and care.
  • Collect feedback after the trip to reinforce long-term trust and continuous improvement.

???? Promoting responsible and sustainable travel

  • Encourage responsible travel habits and help travelers understand their impact.
  • Prioritize eco-conscious suppliers when designing proposals.
  • Highlight experiences that benefit local communities and preserve the environment.


Skills
