The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record of leading client servicing teams to manage client
accounts, from managing relationships, to developing and executing integrated
marketing campaigns for local, regional, and international brands.
The candidate should
have an entrepreneurial mindset, and an outgoing personality with a proven
ability to lead new business development efforts for the agency. The candidate
will work closely with agency leadership to achieve new business development goals
and expand client pool. From initiating contacts with new leads to developing
proposals, presentations, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow client
accounts, ensuring effective communication and seamless project delivery.
-Develop and execute
integrated marketing plans with a strong focus on social media marketing.
-Create and manage
engaging, innovative, and results-driven social media content calendars.
-Oversee ATL/BTL/digital
projects and processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaign
goals.
-Collaborate with clients
to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans tailored to various
industries.
-Build and maintain
strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
-Support new business
development efforts to grow current client pool, upsell and cross-sell existing
clients.
Requirements-Minimum 10+ years of
experience in multinational advertising agencies managing accounts for local,
regional, and international brands.
-Proven experience in
developing and executing integrated communication strategies
-Strong understanding of
ATL/BTL /Digital communication processes and projects.
-Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
-Excellent command of the
English language, both written and verbal.
-Exceptional
presentation, proposal development, and people management skills.
-Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
-Proven track record of
successful new business development to grow business.
