Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Creative Design & Development
· Conceptualize and design solutions for print, digital, and multimedia platforms,
ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
· Develop original layouts, illustrations, and visual assets for marketing materials,
advertisements, packaging, and social media.
· Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats, including web, social media, and
print.
2. Presentation & Visual Storytelling
· Design professional presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) for internal
and external use.
· Ensure clarity, brand alignment, and visual impact across all presentation materials.
3. Production & Quality Control
· Finalize projects by refining details, ensuring technical accuracy, and preparing files
for production.
· Conduct quality assurance checks to deliver error-free designs that meet industry
standards.
· Manage version control and ensure proper archiving of design assets.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
· Work with art directors, copywriters, marketers, and developers to develop and
execute creative concepts.
· Translate requirements and feedback into effective visual solutions.
· Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining
creativity.
5. Innovation & Professional Growth
· Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to produce cutting-edge creative work.
· Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to strengthen the company’s creative output.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
Years of Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing
original designs across print and digital media
Behavioral Requirements/Competencies:
· Creativity and innovation with the ability to bring fresh ideas, adapt to trends, and
experiment with new formats such as motion graphics, 3D design, and illustration.
· Attention to detail to ensure designs are accurate, polished, and professional.
· Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
· Time management skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Adaptability to feedback, shifting priorities, and different design formats.
· Clear communication skills to explain design choices to creative and non-creative
audiences.
· Accountability with consistent delivery of high-quality work
Technical Requirements:
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
Lightroom).
· Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and brand consistency.
· Knowledge of print and digital production processes, including pre-press preparation.
· Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
· Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and ability to integrate them into visual outputs.
