  • Description: Key Responsibilities:


    1. Employee Administration:

      • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

      • Assist in preparing employment contracts, promotion letters, and termination letters.

      • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and absences.




    2. Recruitment Support:

      • Post job vacancies and review resumes.

      • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers.

      • Assist in initial screening of candidates.




    3. Training and Development:

      • Help organize training sessions and workshops.

      • Track employee participation and maintain training records.




    4. Compensation and Benefits Support:

      • Assist in payroll processing and incentive calculations.

      • Monitor leave balances and other employee entitlements.




    5. Employee Relations:

      • Respond to HR-related employee inquiries.

      • Support initiatives that promote a positive work environment.




    6. General Administrative Tasks:

      • Prepare HR reports and summaries for management.

      • Assist in HR projects and departmental tasks as needed.




    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.

    • Knowledge of HR software and systems.

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
