Publishing InternRole Overview As a Publishing Intern at Tamatem, you will support the publishing team in executing go-to-market campaigns, live operations, and player engagement initiatives for our mobile games.
This role is designed for someone eager to learn how mobile games are managed, marketed, and operated in the MENA region, working at the intersection of product, marketing, and community.
You will gain hands-on experience in publishing operations, campaign execution, and player insights while collaborating with multiple teams across the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesFeature Launch & GTM Support Assist in preparing go-to-market plans for upcoming game updates or launches.
Support localization and adaptation of marketing materials for Arabic-speaking audiences.
Help organize assets and documentation for launch and campaign execution.
Publishing Operations Support the publishing team in maintaining liveops calendars and event schedules.
Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports.
Help coordinate tasks between publishing, marketing, and community teams.
Community & Player Insights Help collect and organize player feedback from community channels and reviews.
Support the team in summarizing player insights into simple, actionable notes.
Assist in monitoring player sentiment and engagement trends.
Market & Competitor Research Conduct basic competitor and market research in the MENA region.
Benchmark features, offers, and events from similar games.
Prepare short summaries and presentations of findings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Support communication between publishing, creative, UA, and community teams.
Help ensure tasks are tracked and followed up on time.
Participate in internal meetings and document key action points.
Requirements University student or fresh graduate in business, data analytics, game design, computer science or related fields.
Strong interest in mobile games and digital products (plays games).
Basic understanding of marketing, social media, or gaming communities is a plus.
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in both Arabic and English.
