We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Systems Associate with 1–3 years of experience to provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support server maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server environments, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities Provide first and second-level IT support via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, macOS, Office 365, etc.
). Assist with Windows server administration and Linux OS administration (user management, permissions, backups, updates).
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy in a Windows server environment.
Document IT incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system (e.
g., Workflow, K2).
Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Support virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) as needed.
Educate users on IT best practices and security policies.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects 1-3 years of experience in system Admin, IT Support, with expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), AD Connect, and Linux OS administration Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills Hands-On experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and/or Linux servers.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, PowerShell commands, Azure AD, and Office 365 administration.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
Experience with remote desktop support tools (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, RDP).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
