On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Business Consultant (HR / Recruitment / Payroll)  to join their team in Amman, Jordan.

Job Summary

Act as the functional owner and advisor for HR,
Recruitment, and Payroll processes on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &
Operations Work directly with business stakeholders (HR, Talent Acquisition,
Payroll, Operations) to understand their processes, translate Supply Chain
Management (SCM) knowledge is a strong plus — especially workforce scheduling,
resource assignment, timesheets, you are the bridge between business and
system.


Responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis


  • Engage HR, Recruitment, and Payroll
    stakeholders to map current processes (as-is) and define future-state (to-be).

  • Identify pain points and manual work
    in onboarding, timesheets, leave requests, salary calculation, recruitment
    workflow, and • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements,
    user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Propose best-practice process
    improvements, not just record requests.

2. Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Design


  • Design and configure modules in D365
    F&O related to:

    – Human Resources / Personnel management
    – Recruitment / candidate pipeline /
    onboarding

    – Payroll calculation / benefits / deductions
    / compliance

    – Time & attendance / leave / shifts /
    rostering

  • Prefer standard F&O capabilities
    to reduce unnecessary customization and upgrade risk.

  • Prepare functional design documents
    (FDD) for required extensions, workflows, or integrations.

3. HR, Recruitment & Payroll Operations Support


  • Define hiring lifecycle inside the
    system: job requisition ® candidate pipeline ® offer ® onboarding ® assignment.

  • Support workforce allocation (who is
    assigned to which client / job / site).

  • Define payroll rules, earning codes,
    deductions, allowances, overtime rules, penalties, end-of-service, etc.

  • Validate payroll outputs with HR and
    Finance to ensure compliance with internal policy and labor regulations.

  • Ensure payroll postings hit the right
    GL accounts, cost centers, or projects.

4. UAT, Training & Adoption


  • Build UAT scenarios and test scripts
    with HR/Recruitment/Payroll users.

  • Drive User Acceptance Testing:
    coordinate users, track defects, confirm fixes with the business.

  • Prepare SOPs, quick reference guides,
    and deliver hands-on training.

  • Ensure the business is operational on
    Day 1, not just "system is live".

5. Change Requests & Continuous Improvement


  • Act as first line to receive
    enhancement requests from HR, Recruitment, Payroll.

  • Perform impact analysis (process
    impact, cost, effort, compliance risk).

  • Prioritize enhancements based on value
    and risk.

  • Support PMO / Delivery team in
    presenting change requests to steering committee.

6. Cross-Module & Supply Chain (Plus / Advantage)


  • Support scenarios connecting HR &
    Payroll with Operations / Supply Chain, such as:

    – Resource allocation to client projects or
    service contracts

    – Tracking worker availability, leave, or visa
    status for scheduling

    – Capturing timesheets and linking them to
    customer billing or internal cost allocation

    – Managing uniforms, tools, and assets
    assigned to workers

·Align workforce availability with
service delivery SLAs.


7. Data & Integration


  • Work with technical teams on data
    migration: employees, contracts, salary structures, leave balances, etc.

  • Define integration requirements with
    ATS systems, biometric attendance, time tracking, finance, etc.

  • Validate data quality and respect
    privacy/PII and payroll confidentiality.

8. Governance & Compliance


  • Ensure HR, payroll, and employee data
    handling follows internal policy, audit requirements, and local labor law.

  • Document approval matrices and
    segregation of duties (e.g. who can edit salary, who can approve payroll run).

  • Support
    internal/external audit with evidence from the system.


Requirements
  • 4+ years as a Functional Consultant /
    Business Consultant / Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
    F&O
  • Direct experience with HR and
    Payroll modules
    .
  • Strong requirement gathering and
    process design background (not only ticket support).
  • Proven track record delivering at
    least one full-cycle HR/Payroll implementation or major enhancement in
    production.

Strong Plus


  • Experience with Recruitment / Talent
    Acquisition processes and onboarding flows.
  • Exposure to Workforce Scheduling /
    Timesheet / Resource Assignment / Supply Chain / Operations.
  • Experience supporting businesses with
    large field or blue-collar workforce.
  • Familiarity with labor law,
    end-of-service rules, and payroll compliance in GCC / MENA.

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management,
    Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science,
  • Microsoft
    certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O (HR / Finance / SCM) are a plus.
