Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager directly manages the Straumanngroup portfolio in the country, develops product launch strategies and implements marketing activities for existing and future products and drives topline business growth. He or she also plans and executes product life cycles, updates competitive information, develops and implements promotional activities. The role reports to the Country Manager.
Your Role
· Own product and project management for the local portfolio, from pre-launch through full commercialization
· Lead new product launches with all related launch activities, including timelines and market readiness, in close collaboration with Sales, Education, Finance, Logistics, Global Headquarters, and other functions
· Manage the product registration process as per local requirements to ensure products can be imported and sold in the country on time
· Develop and execute go-to-market plans, positioning, and launch toolkits
· Drive and lead the planning, preparation, and execution of events and conferences
· Serve as the primary go-to person for Sales on product availability, pricing, and competitive insights
· Track launch performance, sales results, and market feedback to guide portfolio and commercial decisions
· Drive the local pricing strategy and approval process including business cases
· As a member of the local leadership team, represent country at headquarters and in corporate forums, and act as the commercial lead in sales meetings locally.
· The position requires 20% domestic and international travel.
Your Profile
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or dental.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, brand management, or related field.
· Proactive, creative, and results-oriented, taking full ownership of multiple initiatives, structuring and presenting ideas clearly, and maintaining a solid overview in a fast-changing environment
· Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to drive progress across competing priorities and communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English
· Strong product marketing skills and business acumen
· Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, with a focus on collaboration
· Customer-oriented mind set (internal and external customers)
· Willing to learn and further develop
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills
