  • Description: Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobile applications for Retail and POS platforms (Android & iOS).

    • Develop features supporting POS operations, including sales transactions, inventory, pricing, promotions, receipts, and user access control.

    • Integrate applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.

    • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and offline capabilities, suitable for retail environments.

    • Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.

    • Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code and best practices.

    • Support junior developers through mentoring and technical guidance.

    • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations. Required Skills & Qualifications:



    • 5–7 years of professional mobile application development experience.

    • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

    • Proven experience delivering Retail or POS software solutions.

    • Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.

    • Familiarity with payment processing, transaction handling, and secure data storage.

    • Experience with local/offline data storage and synchronization mechanisms.

    • Experience working in software companies in Jordan or the region.

    • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
