Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the design of infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality, coordination between disciplines, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The role oversees design teams and delivers efficient, cost-effective, and buildable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure design activities for projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, water, sewerage, and external works
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and utilities)
• Review, approve, and ensure the quality of all infrastructure design deliverables
• Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements, codes, and international standards
• Manage design schedules, manpower, and budgets to meet project milestones
• Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the design process
• Identify design risks, technical challenges, and value engineering opportunities
• Support tendering processes, technical proposals, and design clarifications
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers and designers
• Support construction teams with design reviews, RFIs, and site coordination

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum15 years of experience in infrastructure design and construction works with at least +7 years in design projects.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure design teams and major projects
• Strong knowledge of road design, utilities, drainage, and authority standards
• Excellent Computer shills with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or similar
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Chartered / Professional Engineer certification
• Experience in large-scale developments, infrastructure networks, or mega projects
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• BIM and digital engineering experience is an advantage
