We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own the top of our funnel.
You won’t just be "running ads"; you’ll be the architect of our customer acquisition engine.
This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for finding our future customers, bringing them to our doorstep, and ensuring they don’t leave without signing up.
As the Primary Owner of the Demand & Growth function, you will blend creative strategy with technical execution to scale our presence across paid channels and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) workflows.
????️ What You’ll Do Demand Generation Strategy: Identify new customer segments and develop multi-channel strategies to drive high-quality traffic to our digital properties.
Performance Media Management: Manage and optimize the advertising budget across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, and Meta.
You’ll be responsible for everything from bid strategy to creative testing.
Technical Tracking & Attribution: Own the implementation of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and custom conversion tracking to ensure every dollar of spend is accounted for.
High-Conversion Landing Pages: Lead the creation and optimization of campaign-specific landing pages, ensuring the messaging resonates and the user journey is frictionless.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run constant A/B tests on copy, design, and forms to maximize the percentage of visitors who convert into leads.
ABM & Precision Targeting : Deploy ABM ads and build Lookalike Audiences to put our brand in front of high-value decision-makers.
Data Intelligence & Sales Alignment: Research prospects and clean data to ensure the sales team is working with the highest quality leads possible.

Channel Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (including Performance Max and YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Technical Toolkit: Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, and landing page builders like Unbounce or Instapage.
Budget Mastery: Proven track record of managing seven-figure annual ad spends ($10M+ cumulative preferred) while maintaining efficient CPA/ROAS.
Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-backed decision-making.
