MOSTAQBAL is currently seeking a highly qualified “Contract Engineer”
Applicants should meet the following Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in preparing tender documents for infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare various tender documents, including general and special specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Solid knowledge of different types of contracts (such as FIDIC) and the preparation of claims.
- Experience in reviewing and preparing technical specifications related to infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with contractual disputes, arbitration, and settlement procedures.
- Ability to accurately estimate project costs and prepare pricing.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of contractual and technical aspects of engineering projects.
- High attention to detail in document preparation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
