This role is responsible for producing high-quality 3D assets, integrating CG elements into live-action footage, and developing motion graphics that elevate campaign storytelling across digital platforms and physical installations.

  • Lead compositing and CG integration for flagship campaigns, blending 3D elements with live-action footage to achieve photorealistic or high-fidelity results.
  • Develop 3D assets for static campaign visuals and digital posts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign timelines.
  • Support the video team with 2D motion graphics and editing when required, including reusable motion templates and short-form video content.
  • Optimize lighting, rendering workflows, and scene organization to balance production speed with visual excellence.
  • Manage and evolve the studio’s digital asset library, organizing 3D models, textures, presets, and motion templates for long-term efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, producers, and strategists to ensure visual outputs support the overall campaign vision.
  • Continuously research emerging VFX tools, plugins, and animation techniques to enhance studio capabilities.
