Job Details

As a head of sales, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing branch managers
and sales advisors, driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. You will develop and
execute effective sales strategies, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve business objectives. Your
leadership will directly contribute to the company's success in the Citizenship and Residency by Investment
sector, empowering clients to make informed investment decisions while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities


• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to
meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and professional development to ensure
continuous team improvement.


• Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to
create tailored sales strategies for the Jordanian market.


• Achieve Sales Targets: Set clear goals for the sales team, closely monitor individual and team
performance, and implement strategies to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.


• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and
stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.


• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and
brand presence within the region.


• Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales activities, generate regular reports for senior
management, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates.


• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and
logistics, to ensure alignment between sales efforts and company goals and traveling between our
branches.


Requirements• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 4 years in management role,
preferably in a high-ticket industry such as real estate or similar.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.


• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, manage, and motivate a team of
sales professionals.


• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and
English.


• Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced
environment.


• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software

•Sales Experience: Experience with B2B or B2C sales in a high-ticket industry.


• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local legal and regulatory requirements related to sales in Jordan.


• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
