FundingPips is a growing brokerage platform focused on trading operations, risk management, and financial services with strong risk control and operational standards.
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Officer to support daily brokerage operations, including onboarding, platform monitoring, payment processing, and Tier 1 client support.
What You'll Do:
· Verify client onboarding details
· Monitor trading platform performance
· Process deposits & withdrawals per policy
· Flag suspicious payment activity
· Handle client inquiries & escalate when needed
· Prepare shift reports & coordinate with Compliance/Risk team.
Skills
What We're Looking For:
· 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates welcome)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
· Fluent in English (spoken & written)
· Strong communication & analytical skills
· High attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure
· Comfortable with rotating shifts
