We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with deep experience in React and Next.js to help build high-performance web applications and contribute to the architecture of our frontend platforms.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Frontend Developer position based in Amman. The Senior Frontend Developer will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications using Next.js and React. Responsibilities include collaborating with designers and backend developers, creating responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The developer will also play a key role in implementing new features and maintaining code quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Implement responsive UI components and reusable design systems
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices

Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development experience
- Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- Strong experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
