The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our agency and our clients.
You will create compelling marketing collateral for high-profile corporate events and design engaging digital assets for our social media portfolios across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Social Media Design: Create high-quality, engaging visuals for daily content and ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Event & Hospitality Marketing: Design targeted promotional materials for our corporate events, on-site services, and catering offerings (e.g., custom menus, coffee break setups, and exhibition banners).
- Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the visual identities of our diverse client portfolio, ensuring brand consistency for e-commerce sites, healthcare brands, and hospitality groups.
- B2B Collateral: Assist the business development team by designing polished, professional presentation decks and confidential proposals that help win new regional contracts.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign KPIs, adapting designs based on performance data and target audience insights.
Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing social media management, brand identity design, and marketing collateral.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; experience with Canva or video editing tools for TikTok/Reels is a strong plus).
- A solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout techniques tailored for both digital screens and print.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to different brand voices, from corporate B2B to energetic consumer e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
