kayn studio is a transdisciplinary, dialogue-driven boutique practice that encompasses architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture, design installations, art, product design, brand, graphic and digital design. Our projects often integrate a combination of these disciplines, creating unique and innovative solutions. Our name comes from Arabic—“being and existence”—and that philosophy runs through how we design, collaborate, and build.

We do not separate concept from execution. We believe strong ideas deserve equally strong systems.

As our portfolio grows in scale and complexity, we are seeking a Senior BIM Architect or BIM Architect who can lead, structure and elevate the way our projects are developed, coordinated and delivered - without losing sight of design intent.

This is an on-site position in Amman, working closely with architects, designers and studio leadership.

<what you will do>

• Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality BIM models across all project stages
• Lead or support Revit-based workflows, standards, and best practices within the studio
• Translate design concepts into coordinated, buildable architectural documentation
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and consultants
• Coordinate architectural models with MEP, structural, and external consultants
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across drawings, schedules, and deliverables
• Support design teams without compromising design intent or technical integrity
• Participate in internal reviews, clash detection, and quality control processes
• Contribute to improving BIM efficiency, templates, and studio-wide workflows.

<qualifications that matters to us>

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Strong Revit expertise (this is essential)
• 4–8+ years of experience for Senior BIM Architect
• 3–5 years of experience for BIM Architect
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and coordination
• Experience working on medium to large-scale projects across design development and construction stages
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Rhino, Navisworks, or BIM collaboration tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary studio environment
• Clear communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented mindset
