We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jordan on a full-time basis.
This internship-level role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, including Ocean / AIR and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including shipment bookings, route planning, and carrier communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments, update status in internal systems, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Assist with customs documentation, freight invoices, and expense reporting to support accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with warehouses, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize delivery performance.
- Support inventory control activities, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting as needed.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree .
- Internship-level experience or recent graduates seeking a career in logistics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional relationships with vendors and colleagues.
