Responsibilities:

Providing effective technical support that ensures the continuity and efficiency of systems and daily operations.

Diagnosing technical issues and resolving them promptly and professionally.

Maintaining computer devices, printers, and their peripherals regularly.

Installing and maintaining surveillance camera systems and their monitoring.

Overseeing the operation of data show devices, interactive screens, and interactive whiteboards within classrooms.

Managing and maintaining network systems, including switches and servers.

Working on Active Directory, DNS, and Firewall systems efficiently.

Providing software support and addressing technical challenges related to user applications.

Coordinating and monitoring with service providers to ensure the best level of service.
