We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and build a real preventive maintenance program from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of 5 maintenance staff
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all production and utility equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory and reorder points
- Track and maintain assets.
- Coordinate downtime windows with production
- Document all maintenance work and report weekly to the Operations Manager
