Amman Baptist School is seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified Chemistry Teacher to join our high-performing science department.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Teach the required class load assigned and achieve the goals of the lesson in terms of preparation, resources and teaching methods
• Apply and share academic knowledge in the specialization, the general framework of the curriculum, and the subject outcomes, and apply them with high efficiency and professionalism
• Commit to daily preparation, planning of effective and active teaching experiences aligned with the syllabus and the MOE and/or Board’s timeline
• Prepare semester and annual plans, considering the objectives, methods, tools, and timeline for distribution of outcomes
• Adjust and modify the plan regularly with the supervision of the superior according to the students’ academic performance
• Provide a supportive and stimulating learning environment to enhance students' learning opportunities
• Ensure the implementation of scope and sequence
• Prepare supporting resources and materials
• Invigilate exams
• Post all the announcements on the school’s platform

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Chemistry teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
