Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Mechanical Sales Engineer with 2–4 years of experience, preferably with site exposure, to drive the sales of mechanical systems across Jordan. The role involves promoting and selling products such as:
- Advanced drainage systems
- Oil and grease interceptors
- Related mechanical and infrastructure solutions
The ideal candidate is energetic, technically strong, and comfortable working both on-site and with clients.
Should be able to market and sell mechanical systems, such as: fans, pumps, fixtures and any HVAC accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales of mechanical systems in the Jordanian and Iraqi markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Conduct regular site visits to support ongoing and upcoming projects
- Visit Consultants to specify the company products, conduct seminars.
- Provide technical support and product selection guidance to customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, submittals, and technical proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate internally with technical, logistics, and management teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or site-related roles
- Site experience is highly preferred (especially in drainage or infrastructure systems)
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license and own car (mandatory)

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Experience in understanding and conveying technical concepts to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or technical support in a mechanical engineering context is an advantage
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients as needed
