Job Summary

 

We are seeking a qualified and professional Service Engineer with a bachelor’s degree to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, systems, and technical services. The ideal candidate will also be able to assist with basic IT support, including hardware, software, network, and user support tasks.

 

This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a respectful, courteous attitude in the workplace. The Service Engineer will work closely with colleagues, customers, and management to ensure reliable service delivery and a positive professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, systems, or technical products.

- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Perform preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.

- Assist with basic IT support, including computers, printers, software, email, network connectivity, and user access.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams when needed.

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, spare parts, and technical documentation.

- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, team members, and management.

- Support continuous improvement of service processes and workplace efficiency.

 

Qualifications

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Previous experience in service engineering, maintenance, technical support, or IT support is preferred.

- Good knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.

- Basic understanding of IT systems, computer hardware, software, networking, and office equipment.

- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service documentation.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
