Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in preparing and analyzing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost plans for projects.
- Support procurement activities, including tender documentation, supplier communication, and subcontractor comparisons.
- Maintain and update project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial records in line with project progress.
- Review and quantify variations, change orders, and claims with accuracy under supervision.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor expenditure, value engineering opportunities, and risk management.
- Prepare cost reports, status updates, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge of industry practices, software tools, and market trends.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Internship or relevant entry-level experience in cost management or civil/building projects is preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction contracts, measurement rules, and cost estimation methods.
- Familiarity with common QS software and spreadsheets; willingness to learn industry-standard tools (e.g., cost management software, BIM integration).
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in Jordan and the ability to travel to project sites as required.

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Above 3 years of experience (façade systems )
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall, aluminum, and glazing systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
