Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet quality standards.
- Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical needs.
- Prepare and share test progress reports and quality status with relevant teams.
- Support and drive process improvements, promoting QA best practices across teams.
- Assist in defining and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members when needed.
- Manage multiple testing activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
What you'll need
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong experience in test case design, execution, and documentation.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality control processes.
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience working in Agile or similar development environments.
- Leadership ability with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.
