Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end factory operations including production, planning, quality control, and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with business targets, demand forecasts, and resource availability.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards, including ISO, HACCP, and GMP, across all manufacturing activities.
- Manage factory budgets, control operational costs, and drive productivity improvements through effective resource utilization.
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams across production, QC, engineering, and maintenance in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product consistency and yield.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze operational and quality performance, and report actionable insights and improvement plans to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in food manufacturing operations, with strong exposure to dairy, bakery, beverage, or similar people-driven production environments.
- Proven experience managing production, planning, quality, and maintenance functions within a factory of 100+ employees.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of food safety systems, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in F&B manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage performance, and build a disciplined, high-accountability factory culture.
- Solid financial and operational acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
