Details of the job and the place where you will excel:

●      Workplace: Amman – Wasfi Al-Tal Street (Al-Jarash)

●      Working hours: from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Major duties and responsibilities (where you make a daily difference):

●      Business development: Lead ongoing efforts to search for new potential clients from factories, companies, and distributors, and leave your mark by expanding the company database and conquering the market.

●      Field and tele sales: Manage daily promotional calls intelligently, organize inspiring and regular field visits to close deals successfully and turn opportunities into tangible results.

●      Technical and pricing support: Provide detailed and professional explanations about raw material features, uses, and differences to prove to the client that you are the trusted advisor who meets their needs precisely.

●      Closing deals: Prepare and present smart price offers and follow up effectively and passionately to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and break records.

●      Customer relationship management: Build bridges and sustainable trust with customers and follow up intelligently to ensure continuity of business; strong relationships are our secret to distinction.

●      Administrative reporting: Document your daily success stories and sales activities and provide regular reports reflecting market performance and your insightful vision.

 

Qualifications and requirements (we seek passion and competence):

●      Education: A university degree in Food Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering supporting your technical knowledge in the field and making you an expert in front of your customers.

●      Experience to inspire others: Prior proven sales experience, preferably with a background in raw materials for factories to shorten the path to success.

●      Language skills: Very good level of English (reading and writing) allowing you to stay updated and communicate fluently.

●      Leadership and influence: Exceptional diplomacy, presentable appearance, and a very high ability to persuade, communicate effectively, and commit to mutual growth and continuous development.

●      Technical skills: Good basic computer and internet usage skills to keep up with a modern and smart work environment.
