Job description

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Fix and repair linen, uniforms, drapery, etc.
• Perform minor mending or alterations to guest garments
• Ensure repairs are made in a timely fashion
• Maintain an orderly workplace and clean surfaces daily
• Assist with inventories when required
• Report any faulty equipment immediately to supervisor
• Ensure all health and safety matters relating to uniforms are observed
• Attend any training courses organized by the supervisor or human resources

Qualifications

• Previous experience is an asset
• High school diploma, vocational training and/or 1 year work experience
• Basic understanding of the English language
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment desirable
