مراقبة أداء موظفي الإنتاج والتأكد من الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
تنفيذ والحفاظ على متطلبات GMP في جميع عمليات الإنتاج.
التأكد من أن الآلات والمعدات ومناطق العمل مُحافظة وفق معايير النظافة والسلامة.
ضمان الاستخدام الفعال للقوى العاملة وموارد الإنتاج.
مراقبة النظافة والحفاظ على بيئة إنتاج نظيفة ومرتبة.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
المهارات التي لا تقل عن 1-5 سنوات من الخبرة في supervision الإنتاج في منشأة تصنيع مستحضرات تجميل.
معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات GMP ولوائح تصنيع المستحضرات التجميلية.
قيادة جيدة، ومهارات تواصل وحل المشكلات.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بمواعيد الإنتاج.
Supervise and coordinate all daily activities within the production hall.
Ensure to follow the guidance of the production manager.
Monitor production staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain GMP requirements throughout all production operations.
Ensure machinery, equipment, and work areas are maintained in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and production resources.
Monitor housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized production environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 5 years of experience supervising production in a cosmetics manufacturing facility .
good knowledge of GMP requirements and cosmetic manufacturing regulations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
